Mamas & Papas primary object is to ensure that the Platforms are user friendly and equipped with reasonably expected security infrastructure to protect any financial information which may be shared by Users.
• Users are required to understand the terms of this FPP Policy. If you do not agree to the terms contained in this FPP Policy, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and this FPP Policy and may immediately leave and stop using the Platforms. • The Price of The Products Shown on The Website and Delivery Charges Is Shown in Lebanese Pounds and USD.

DELIVERY

• Mamas & Papas partners with third-party logistics providers such as Aramex, DHL, LibanPost, and USPS for product delivery. Once the item is shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the courier, the delivery is considered complete and Mamas & Papas has fulfilled its delivery obligation.
• In certain countries (e.g., the United States), delivery ZIP codes may be serviced from neighboring distribution offices (e.g., ZIP 92618 handled by ZIP 92619). These routing decisions are entirely under the jurisdiction of the local postal authority and not controlled by Mamas & Papas.
• Customers are responsible for contacting the courier for any disputes or investigations related to delivered orders. Mamas & Papas will assist in providing tracking numbers or filing formal inquiries but cannot be held liable once delivery is confirmed by the shipping partner.
• Prior to submitting a shipping address, users must ensure that the provided address is correct, complete, and serviceable. Mamas & Papas is not responsible for delays or non-delivery arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping details.
• If a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability or address issues, the user may be charged for reshipping or refunded the product amount excluding shipping charges, at the discretion of Mamas & Papas.
• Delivery timelines may be affected by factors including but not limited to logistics delays, customs clearance, weather conditions, and other unforeseen events. Mamas & Papas will make reasonable efforts to notify users of any known delays but disclaims liability for any mental distress, losses, or penalties resulting from such delays.

2. unsuitable weather conditions;

3. political disruptions, strikes, employee-lockouts, etc.;

4. acts of God such as floods, earthquakes, etc.; and

5. other unforeseen circumstances.

In such events of delay, Mamas & Papas shall make reasonable attempt at proactively intimating the User by writing to the User on his/her registered email account and/or mobile number. THE Mamas & Papas disclaims all liabilities that may arise on account of its failure to intimate the User of anticipated delays in the delivery of purchased Products on the Platforms. Further, Mamas & Papas shall be under no obligation to compensate the User for any mental agony or any tortuous claim that may otherwise arise on account of a delay in the shipment and delivery or use of the purchased Products.

 

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY

It Is Our Intention to Ensure Our Customers Are Satisfied with Their Purchases from Us. 

Cancellation

We Fully Understand That Sometimes You Might Change Your Mind Regarding Your Purchase. If You Change Your Mind Before Receiving Your Order, Just Call Our Customer Service On 01 – 313361 And We Will Use All Reasonable Endeavors to Cancel It Providing Your Order Has Not Yet Been Processed.

Exchange

You May Exchange the Product(S) By Visiting Your Nearest " Mamas & Papas” Store within 7 days from the date of purchase.
All Products Must Be Returned to Us Unused and With the Original packaging, And in The Same Condition as Received, Along with The Original Invoice or exchange voucher Within 7 Days of Receipt. We Will Not Accept Any Exchanges for Products If the Original Packaging Has Been Opened Or dented.
If You Receive A Wrong Product, or a defective one, please make sure to Contact Our Customer Service On 01-313361 the soonest And We Will be handling your case shortly.
Please Note That We Don’t Have A Refund Policy.
