We fully understand that sometimes you may change your mind. If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped, please contact our Customer Service at +961 81 115 605 and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been processed, shipped, or is in transit, it can no longer be canceled.

International Orders – Refund Restrictions

For international shipments:

• We cannot offer any refund once the order has shipped and reached the destination country, unless the customer agrees to cover all return shipping fees and any applicable customs charges required to send the package back to Lebanon.

• These return fees must be fully paid by the customer before the refund process can begin.

Exchange

You May Exchange the Product(S) By Visiting Your Nearest "Mamas & Papas” Store within 7 days from the date of purchase.
All Products Must Be Returned to Us Unused and With the Original packaging, And in The Same Condition as Received, Along with The Original Invoice or exchange voucher Within 7 Days of Receipt. We Will Not Accept Any Exchanges for Products If the Original Packaging Has Been Opened Or dented.
