Mamas & Papas Lebanon offers domestic and international delivery using trusted third-party carriers including Aramex, DHL, and LibanPost

Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline

• Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.
• Lebanon: 1–3 business days

Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your order is shipped.

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
For all international shipments:

• Customs fees, duties, import taxes, and any additional border-processing charges are the customer’s responsibility.

• These fees are not included in the shipping quotation you receive.

• The amount quoted to you always represents shipping fees only, which exclude any customs-related charges.

• Customs fees vary by country and are determined by local authorities. Mamas & Papas Lebanon has no control over these costs.

Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Confirmation

We ship using third-party logistics partners (e.g. Aramex, DHL). Once your order is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, the shipment is considered complete.

Risk Transfer & Shipping Policy

Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier and scanned into their system:

• Risk of loss or delay transfers to the customer.
• Mamas & Papas is not liable for carrier-related delays or local delivery disputes.
• We will assist you in opening claims or locating packages through official channels.

Undelivered or Returned Packages

If a shipment is returned due to:

• Incorrect or incomplete address
• Failed delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept the package
  

We will offer:

• Reshipping (shipping fees apply)

Signature on Delivery

For high-value or international shipments, a signature may be required upon delivery depending on destination and carrier policy.
