Changing Mat Compatibility: A changing mattress is not supplied with this product. We recommend that you only use a Mamas & Papas changing mattress with your dresser. Lay the changing mattress on the changing surface, within the retaining rails.
Safety Warning: The changing unit must be fixed to the wall for safe use of the product.
